The disabled

SERVICES

FINANCIAL AID

Everyday assistance in:
- Getting up, going to bed, personal hygiene
- Cooking and eating, everyday cleaning
- Administrative procedure, outings, shopping...

For the persons entitled to ACTP*, MTP* or to a supplementary pension from AES*. The disabled must participate to the expenses. This participation is financed with the assistance benefits the disabled has been granted.
Assistance by an employee:
- acknowledged disability: exemption of the employer social taxes.
- otherwise: no exemption. 

Tax allowance of 50% of the total amount paid.

* CAF : Caisse d'Allocations Familiales (family allowance department) - CNAM : Caisse Nationale d'Assurance Maladie (social security department in charge of medical insurance) - ASE : Aide Sociale à l'Enfance (child social benefit) - PMI : Protection Maternelle et Infantile (maternity and infantile benefits) - MSA : Mutualité Sociale Agricole (social security department for the farmers) - ACTP : Allocation Compensatrice Tierce personne (third party complementary allowance). Amount depends on disability level and total income - MTP : Majoration pour Tierce Personne (increase for third-party) - AES : Allocation d'Education Spéciale (special education allowance).
** A.P.A. : Allocation Personnalisée d'Autonomie (autonomy personal allowance). The allowance APA is granted to any person over 60 who lives at his/her own home, subject to a loss of autonomy. The filed are available at the town hall (mairie).
Apa is financed by: the State, the Departments and the retirement departments.
The amount depends on the AGGIR classification.
