THE SWIMMING POOL The pool is located on Rue des Amours and looks over the battlements of Puymirol. Perfect for swimming and play water games, the pool is 20m x 10m with a lifeguard always on duty. There are also 2 paddle pools for children. The pool is o pen from 1st July to 31 August. Tuesday through Sunday from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm. On Monday from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The rates : adults : 2.50 children under 12 : 2.00 10 adult entry tickets : 22 10 children entry tickets : 17 The POOL RESTAURANT Guillaume Gachedoit runs l'Estanquet. This restaurant is open from 12:00 pm on, 7 days a week (snack and menu) during the high season (except on Monday: opening at 3:00 pm). LAC DE PUYMIROL This beautiful lake is located at the bottom of the bastide. It is a preserved spot, where you can have a picnic on tables and benches right in the shade of the tall trees, fish some nice carps (fishing is authorized without a licence). The children can have fun at the playground. There is free parking by the lake.
TENNIS COURTS The 3 tennis courts are located above the lake, by the West entrance of Puymirol. Residents need a tennis card (65 €: FFT licence + TC Puymirol registration). The key opening the courts is handed over against a 5 € security deposit. With this key, you can access the courts as you wish. Several options are offered to the holiday maker: 10 €/2 hours or 40 € for the whole summer. In August and July, cards and access keys are delivered by the Tourist Office (05 53 95 95 19). PETANQUE There are 3 petanque alleys at the Foirail, located on the east side of the Bastide. Everybody, people living here as well as the holiday makers, have free access to the alleys*. (*except during sport events and training of the club Pétanque Puymirolaise)
